| hey guys from belize!
sooooooo this may seem like treason....but i actually wanted to start a different blog for my adventures in belize. just cuz...you know. i've had this thing for quite some time and i feel like it was time to move on...maybe just for the belize trip.
who knows...maybe i'll come back to write more blogs here...??? but i always come back to read my favorite subscriptions. hahaha. so i'll always do that.

but yeah..check it out. if you want. see what i'm up too...i'll probably write down the premise of our research there..and our fun. =D. i already have pictures up. but yeah....internet is pretty damn slow here..and the power generator is on.....whenever it feels like...so it's going to be whenever i get a chance...which is hopefully once every other day.

| dahhHH. it's almost time. and as i wait for my laundry load to finish and pack whatever is left into my luggage, i'm writing this post.
I can't believe I'm actually leaving in just a few days. I'm super psyched and nervous at the same time. I'll be leaving behind the luxuries of long showers, a nice full-size bed, nice weather, air-conditioning, PHONE RECEPTION, SPB, clean water......yeah basically i'm gonna have a FREAKIN AWESOME TIME! hahaha.
i can't WAIT for Belize!
last friday was my last day at work (until I get back of course) and so i've been chillin and traveling....and cleaning..before i fly out.
...and i was about to upload fotos....but somehow my comp is being retarded..so maybe i'll try tomorow.
anyway, this past week was quite intense and relaxing sorta at the same time.
saturday:
- Kly's graduation/luncheon
- tennis w/ akemi and craig
- Caleb's graduation dinner in Monterey Park
- wayyyyy late catch up w/ Briyawwn.
such a freakin jampacked saturday i swear. i think the coke gave me a boost at the end though haha. mmmm caffeine.
sunday-tuesday SPB and I went on a mini vaca before I left to Belize...went up to Santa Barabara.
soooo freakin relaxing. except for the underestimated walk to state street...which ended up being 2 miles each way from our hotel. hahaha. at least we burnt off some calories before eating.
Monday we went WINE TASTING! sooo freakin good.
we hit up 3 different places and man....if you don't like wine, maybe it's cuz you didn't have real good wine before. that's how I was.
SPB and I got REAALLY drunk. hahaha. then we headed off to the casino around there..and I came up $10 (after some black jack drama..mmmhmmm) and SPB came up $90. safe to say, SPB paid for dinner. hahaha
Tuesday was our last day and so we went to the ZOO. Santa barbara has a zoo?!!!??! yeah that's what i said. but actually, it was really fun. and it wasn't long so i wasn't too exhausted.
Got a lot of pictures out of my DSLR so i'll try to upload those when i get a chance.
but that's it. all i've been doin now is taking care of errands and fixing/cleaning up which is taking WAyyyyyy too long.
anyway...i'll be back later to upload fotos. time to get back to cleaning. yay...

| i'm 23 years and a day old. wow.
but you know...although it was good fun and small celebration, i don't feel like i'm a year older. maybe it's cuz i feel that there's no longer an age that's "very important".
here's what i mean:
age 16: the age where you can TOTALLY start driving, or at least get a permit to start driving. and c'mon, we all felt like this was one of the coolest ages to be when we were that young - because that means that's one step closer to having our own car.
age 18: hello?! can we say LEGAL?! i mean...at age 18, you can get into 18 and over clubs...you can buy cigarettes (but who would do that?! yuck!), you can.....buy those items from tv that say "only if you're 18+ can you buy this"...AND..if you wanted to, you could go into strip club. (right?) besides, usually this was your senior year in hs, which ROCKED!
age 19: i know what you're thinking...what's so special about being 19? well derrhh. LAST teen year?! the last year you could EVER. EVER. be a teen. haha. okay maybe that age wasn't soo important...let's carry on.
and LASTLY age 21: i don't think i have to even explain why this is THE MOST important age to be...i mean c'mon?
and sadly...i've passed that age 2 years ago. ....sad day.
now all i have working currently for me is...age 25. whoo. quarter century. because who wouldn't jump of for joy knowing that you can rent a car...w/o a fee. (note huge sarcasm).
soo now...i'll just keep rackin the years under my belt..and hopefully i can still keep my belt latched on the same knot for these coming years. hahaha
